Happy New Year! I hope you had a good holiday season and started 2018 on a positive note.
Last year had its ups and downs for many people. Personally, 2017 was a year of firsts, accomplishments, and celebrations that balanced or canceled out the moments that weren’t as great. As happy, excited, optimistic and hopeful as I was sometimes, I was also often negative, moody, worried, and lacked inspiration, energy and/or motivation at times.
I decided, however, that 2018 will be a good year. In turn, I developed a list of positive affirmations for 2018 that will hopefully help me keep the positive vibes flowing in and out of my life.
